Units for operation and monitoring - Robust HMIs with 64 bit single-core processors

Robust HMIs are programmable high-resolution colour displays with scratch-resistant glass panes for controlling, parameter setting and operation of mobile machines and installations. They can be used in conjunction with a mobile controller or as a stand-alone solution. Most of the robust HMIs have freely programmable, RGB backlit function keys and a navigation key. As an option, the units are available with a touch screen. The integrated Ethernet interfaces support the use of mobile IP cameras, for example in order to monitor the area behind a municipal vehicle. Some units can also connect to analogue cameras. Data and device functions are safely transferred via CAN interfaces.

The units offer increased EMC levels and hold an e1 type approval.

Thanks to their fully sealed housing with high protection rating and excellent resistance to shock, vibration and salt spray, the dialogue modules are particularly suited for use in construction machinery, agricultural machines or municipal vehicles. The mounting kit supports installation of the display in a panel cutout in any orientation.
