With the moneo on-premises version, you have the choice between our appliance and the vAppliance.

Appliance

The appliance is a pre-installed industrial PC (IPC) that enables the smooth use of your moneo instance and the other compatible moneo modules. Even without IT expertise, it can easily be used in manufacturing environments, production networks or data centres. The hardware offers sufficient computing power and storage capacity.

vAppliance

You can make your moneo installation ready for use in your network in a short time with the moneo vAppliance. Make full use of your existing IT infrastructure by optimising the virtual technology, computing power, network connection and storage capacity of your existing servers and storage systems.

The Appliance Management System (AMS), which is available on both the appliance and the vAppliance, facilitates "IT hygiene" tasks, including the installation of updates for all moneo modules, the backup and restoration of data and the retrieval of status information on the moneo appliance and services.
