Type M18 for wet areas

The threaded design most commonly used for photoelectric sensors in the food industry is the type M18. The robust stainless steel housing allows for the reliable detection of objects in cheese plants, breweries or in the meat industry. The stainless steel housing, food-grade sealing material and high protection rating IP 69K qualify the sensors for wet areas in the food industry, in which aggressive cleaning agents are used. A plastic lens is used to prevent glass splinters from getting into the process in case of damage to the sensor lens.

The units of the OG wetline series have fixed ranges for immediate set-up.
